Yes! Our personal trainers are certified and passionate about helping you achieve your health and fitness goals. We offer the flexibility of personal training memberships with regular coaching sessions, or you can choose to add these on casually at anytime. Find out more here.

Our growing club is expanding it's amenities and services. We offer free parking, complimentary toiletries, showers, changing rooms, kids zone, kitchen with coffee machine and breakfast, plus members lounge

Yes! You can try out our club before committing to a membership with a casual visit or during one of our open days/weeks through the year.

Our direct debit memberships offer a flexible option that continue until you ask us to stop. We'd be sorry to see you go, but understand life's ebbs and flows. You can cancel your membership at anytime with 2 weeks notice by chatting with our staff in club and completing a cancellation form.

All of our group fitness classes are designed to welcome women of all fitness levels and experience. If you are new to a class or have a specific injury to account for, please chat with your instructor before class starts.
